 you can make tagine with the vegetables you have, you can even make do with tomatoes and onions.

 you can also replace the chicken with lamb or veal, except that the cooking time will be longer in this case.

 this tagine is easy to make especially if we are going to make it with chicken, just put everything in the tagine and let it cook on low heat.

   Ingredients
  •  half a chicken
  •  1 carrot
  •  1 turnip
  •  1 Jerusalem artichoke
  •  1 fennel
  •  1 tomato
  •  1 onion
  •  1 potato
  •  1 zucchini
  •  a hot pepper
  •  1/2 candied lemon
  •  Purple olives

  •  Prunes
  •  Some dried raisins
  •  2 crushed garlic cloves
  •  1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  •  1 teaspoon turmeric
  •  1 teaspoon of ginger
  •  1 teaspoon of pepper
  •   1 teaspoon smen
  •  salt
  •  50ml olive oil


 Mix the spices and olive oil, soak the chicken and vegetables in the spices.

 In a tagine, put the chicken, spices; garlic, minced onion, oil salt




Let brown, and add boiling water.

 Arrange the vegetables carefully on the chicken pieces, add the sliced ​​tomato, prunes, raisins and purple olives.
