- 2 glasses of semolina
- A dozen small tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 4 carrots
- 1 red onion
- 1 glass of water
- Salt

Preparation
1-Cut the zucchini
Rinse and cut the zucchini into small pieces
2-Cut the carrots
Peel the carrots and cut them in
3-Cut the peppers
Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into thin strips
4-Cut the tomatoes
Wash and cut the tomatoes in half
5-Cut the onion
Peel the onion and cut it into strips
6-Cook the vegetables
Cook the carrots in a saucepan with the bouillon cube. Add the onion. Once the carrots are cooked, add the other vegetables and cook for 20 minutes.
7-Pour the semolina
